Key Lime Fudge

Key Lime Fudge

1 (12oz) package Vanilla Flavor Chips (I used Hershey’s)
1 (16oz) Key Lime cake frosting (I used Pillsbury)
1 -2 Tablespoons lime juice
1 ½ cups miniature marshmallows

Microwave vanilla chips until all chips are completely melted. Stir in frosting and lime juice. Mix well. Fold in marshmallows. Drop by heaping teaspoonful onto wax paper. Let set until cool and firm. Make approximately 16.

  18. Key Lime Fudge looks and sounds delicious - can I ask what vanilla chips are? I don't think we have anything like that in the UK.

    1. Louise, The chips are found next to the chocolate chips in my store. They are called vanilla chips or white chocolate chips. They may even be called baking chips. The ones I used in this recipe was Ghirardelli white chocolate chips but I am sure you can use any type of melting chips you have available.
