I used to think that banana pudding was the best....until I came up with this version! This cheesecake pudding, loaded with strawberries and vanilla wafers , is irresistible!! ♥
Strawberry Cheesecake Pudding
Ingredients:
1 pint fresh strawberries, chopped
1 package (4 ½ cup servings) cheesecake instant pudding mix
1 (14oz) can condensed milk
1 cup water
2 cups Cool Whip
Vanilla wafers
Combine condensed milk and water in a small bowl. Add the pudding mix and stir until dissolved. Refrigerate until soft set (approximately five minutes). Gently fold in Cool Whip
Evenly layer the vanilla wafers, pudding mixture, and strawberries into six dessert cups.
Top it with a scoop of Cool Whip and a vanilla wafer if desired.
