ALLIGATOR CAKE IDEAS

Louisiana Alligator - My alligator cake. He was about 3 feet long. He is covered in fondant...do you like that nice "swampy" color? Yeah, I had trouble with that. I think alligators call for airbrushing! : ) His teeth and toe nails are gumpaste.:

Alligator Cake - The alligator cake was made using an 11x15 sheet cake, cut in half then stacked to make the belly. We only needed 25 servings so the head, tail, arms & legs were made using RKT..all covered in fondant then airbrushed.:
