im thinking this style of cake for ellie, but decorated with candy. Have the main frame pink lemonade cake, the towers out of rice kripsy treats, with a gumdrop path. The tower roof will be an ice cream cone covered in frosting and rolled in sprinkles. Other candy: twizzlers, lots of pink candy:
