Cupid Treats

These cute little bite size treats will not last long, so double the recipe!  I made them one day while I was at my daughter’s apartment. Everyone kept asking what I was making, but when I started putting the frosting between the crackers…..the kitchen was full. Lol     What is that smell? They look so good! Can I have one? You have to love college kids and their appetites!

Ingredients:
7 graham crackers
12 oz Chocolate flavored coating or chocolate chips
Strawberry frosting
Candy heart sprinkles

1.) Cut each graham cracker into eight squares.

2.) Melt chocolate coating or chips in a small bowl in the microwave

3.) Coat each square into the melted chocolate then place on wax paper to harden.
4.) Sprinkle candy hearts over chocolate covered crackers before it dries.

5.) When chocolate is dry, use your favorite strawberry frosting to sandwich between two crackers.
