      I didn't make the cake and I have no idea who did. I uploaded it off of pinterest and there was no source given. Here is a link to similar cake: https://www.pinterest.com/pin/499618152385255524/

      It looks to me like they used a ball pan and just flattened it on the bottom. It looks like the one in the link I added used a regular doll pan.

    They sell those doll skirt cake pans at most craft stores like Hobby Lobby or Michael's
